♦ 1. The machine is made of super-strong steel with special welding techniques. The machine is highly firm 

       and shake-resistant.

♦ 2. New Design: The balance system adopts four-pole guarding way with extended bush to guarantee the 

       exact movement of mould. Gear and shaft balance system can make male and female mould move stably.

♦ 3. The way of feeding is revolving, convective and compulsive to ensure block density and reduce feeding 

       cycle. Gear driving mode of feeding is more steady. Feeder moving is two curved arms drived by two 

       cylinders, which makes feeder move quickly, durably and steady.

♦ 4. Stacker is controled by frequency conversion to adjust speed. The movement of stacker is flexible and 

       steady.

♦ 5. The moulds, gears, and shafts have heat treatments of quenching, tempering, carburing and so on in order

       to guarantee block machine duration.The switches and electronic use CHNT and Omron brand.

♦ 6. The hydraulic system adopts proportion direction valve. The valve can adjust flow rate and buffer cylinder.

       Therefore, it can protect cylinder and extend life, making operation steadily and quickly.

♦ 7. The vibration system adopts frequency conversion technique. The assembly is oil immersed vibration. This 

       improve high speed loading and makes concrete liquefied and air-outed. The five advantages is vibration 

       assembly synchronization, soft starter, densify block, electric saving and quick moulding.

♦ 8. High Automatic level: Using Japanese Omron sensor as signal source and Germany Siements PLC as 

       central processing unit to make oil system, air system,electric system and machanical system to be one 

       part. The plant can work automatically and cyclically. There are fault diagnosis, problem alarming  

        by safty logical control. The screen will show fault and methods to client if there is any problem.

♦ 9. Waste-Recycle: The raw materials could be sand, stones and so on. The blocks made by our machine is

         high density, low weight, low cost.
